Booking conditions
- All bookings are from 2:00 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival until 09:00 a.m. on the
Saturday of your departure, unless we have agreed other arrangements.
- All bookings must be made by persons 18 years of age or over.
- A deposit of 25% of the cost of the booking must be paid when placing the reservation
to secure the booking. We must receive the remaining payment no later than 30 days prior
to the start date of the booking.
- The number of people staying in the chalet should not exceed the number stated on the
booking form.
- We welcome guests with a dog, but for the sake of other guests we ask owners to ensure
that the dog is not allowed on any furniture or bedding and that the dog is not left
unattended in the chalet.
- We provide Duvets and pillows. You need to bring Duvet covers, under sheets,
pillowcases and towels.
- None of the furnishing, fixtures and fittings, pillows or duvets shall be removed from
the chalet.
- If there is any serious damage to the chalet or the property within it, the damage must
be reported to us within 24 hours and paid for before departing the chalet. We accept that
from time to time one or two items of glassware or crockery may be broken, there is no need
for you to replace these, (unless excessive), but please leave a note so that the items can
be replaced for the next guests.
- On departure, the chalet should be left reasonably clean and tidy.
- You are advised to take out holiday insurance for those unseen events and cancellations.
- If you have to cancel the booking, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
If we are able to re-let the week(s) we will refund your rental deposit.
