Happy Days sleeps 6 and is situated on the edge of the site next to Trelinda at the end of a cul-de-sac and enjoys a quiet location. The view is across the Hayle Estuary towards Lelant and Trencrom Hill. There is a small patio area at the front which has a South-Westerly aspect and enjoys the Sunshine until the Sun sets. There is also a grassed area to the rear of the chalet with a large picnic bench.
The Chalet is of block construction under a slate roof and has UPVC windows. The Towans are grass-covered sand dunes and the undulating nature of the ground means that there are several steps up to the door. The chalet has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite toilet. There is a family bathroom comprising basin, toilet and Electric shower. Hot water for the chalet is provided by a conventional Electric Immersion heater.
The kitchen is equipped with a Cooker, Microwave, Larder Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher. There is ample Cutlery Crockery and Glassware for six guests.
The main living area has a large Futon style sofa, two tub chairs and a LCD television. There is also a dining area with a table and six chairs.
There is open space around the chalet and cars can be parked alongside.
Duvets and pillows are provided for all the beds but guests need to bring their own Duvet covers, pillowcases, undersheets and towels.
Electricity is included in the price and portable electric heaters are provided.
